we interrupt this broadcast for a special message

I am trying to figure out my relationship to this blog. I'm bored by the way I've written the last two entries, missing the poetry, nuance and detail of the unremarkable, unusual, strange and beautiful moments we're experiencing. Between rarely having a reliable internet connection and wanting to be in the moment (and not on the computer) blogging has grown to feel like an obligation, rather than a desire. 

As of this moment, I have blogger's block. 

We will be back with stories, ideally more than accounts of the general happenings of each stop we make. Hopefully, far less snooze-worthy (at least I feel snoozy reading it). I want to enjoy reading my own blog!
